•It is located inside the Palazzo Vallemani of VXII century. It contains a collection of frescoes and paintings of XIV-XVII centuries. All the works have a civic and urban impression instead of the “Franciscan” impression of the town of Assisi. The most important artists are Giotto, Puccio Capanna, il Perugino, Niccolò Liberatore and Andrea d'Assisi. The museum is located at few hundreds meters from the Basilica of San Francesco, in a street with various slopes (about 7-8%). There is a reserved parking place along the via San Francesco, it is located only 50 meters from the museum entrance. The entrance of Palazzo Vallemani has a 5 cm. high step. The museum collection is located on the first floor and is reachable by a lift which has a 78 cm doorway, an internal space 110 cm large and 133 cm deep. The Museum consists of some halls, the entrance of the “Sala dei Vizi e delle Virtù” has 2 steps. The other halls are accessible through an internal courtyard. The courtyard entrance has a door with 2 shutters, each shutter has a 54 cm doorway. The toilet is located on the first floor, near the bookshop. The path bringing to the toilet is 14 meters long and has some slopes (between 8 and 13%). The toilet internal space is suitable by wheelchair users, the bowl is 47 cm high from the floor and has one only lateral supporting handle.
